Terms of Service
Effective August 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of drivers.team, the driver recruitment site operated by OnRoute Express Inc.
1. This site is information, not an offer
Nothing here is an offer of employment or a contract. Requesting a callback starts a conversation and creates no obligation on either side. Any working relationship begins only when a separate written agreement is signed.
2. You would be a contractor, not an employee
Drivers are engaged as independent contractors on Form 1099. You run your own operation: your vehicle, your schedule agreed with the manager, your expenses, your own deductions and your own tax filings. Any business structure works — sole proprietor, LLC or S-Corp — and forming an entity is never a requirement.
3. The numbers on this site
Pay is per delivered stop, between $2.20 and $3.25. A route is 120 to 150 stops, which is $264 to $487 for a day. The rate per stop is set by the route you are assigned — how far it runs, how tightly the stops sit, parcel size, and whether it is business or residential — not by how fast you work.
Every figure on this site is gross, before expenses and taxes, for an independent contractor paid on Form 1099. Weekly figures assume the number of days shown and are arithmetic, not a forecast. Nothing here is a guarantee of earnings, of a particular route, or of a particular number of days.
The interactive elements on this site — the day ledger, the weekly calculator — are illustrations of the published rates. They are not an offer and not a quote.
4. Where we are hiring
Active recruitment and open positions are shown on this site as they stand. A metro described as running routes without an open vacancy means exactly that: routes operate there, and there is no position to apply for at the moment. We will not advertise a vacancy that does not exist.
5. Requirements
What is listed on this site is what is required: a suitable vehicle you own, a valid U.S. driver's licence, work authorisation, a smartphone, and the ability to pass a standard background check. Meeting the list does not by itself entitle anyone to a route.
6. Use of the site
Do not attempt to break the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, submit false information through the form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages. Submitting someone else's phone number without their agreement is not acceptable use.
7. Content and marks
The text, design and code of this site belong to OnRoute Express Inc. Marks belonging to others, where they appear, belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply a relationship that is not stated in writing.
8. Links and third-party services
Where we link out — to our company site, to a government record, to a mapping service, to WhatsApp — we are not responsible for what those services do. Their terms apply once you leave ours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnRoute Express Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This clause is about the website. It does not limit any obligation under a signed contract, and it does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
