Privacy Policy
Effective August 9, 2026
This policy covers drivers.team, the driver recruitment site operated by OnRoute Express Inc. Short version: we collect a name and a phone number so someone can call you about driving work, and nothing else.
1. What we collect

That is the entire form. Two fields and a choice of city. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, immigration documents, bank details or a driver's licence number through this website, and there is no account to create.
Work authorisation and background screening are part of onboarding, discussed with a person, after you have spoken to us. They are not collected through this page.
2. Why we collect it
To call you back about contract driving work. That is the only reason.
We do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to lead resellers, not to other carriers. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send bulk messages.
3. If you use WhatsApp
The site offers WhatsApp as a way to reach us. If you use it, your message goes through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, and Meta's terms and privacy policy apply to that message — including your phone number and profile as WhatsApp shows it to us. That is outside our control and outside this policy.

4. Who else sees it
- Google — callback requests are written to Google Sheets and a notification is sent by email, all inside our own company account. Google processes this on our behalf.
- Google Fonts — typefaces load from Google's servers, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the page renders.
- Meta / WhatsApp — only if you choose to message us there.
- Our hosting provider — serves the page and keeps standard server logs.
Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
If we contract with you, your record becomes part of our normal business and tax records and is kept as long as the law requires.
If we do not, we keep your callback request for 12 months and then delete it. Routes open at unpredictable times, and we would rather call someone who already said they were interested. If you would prefer we not hold it, say so and we will delete it.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and carries no advertising pixel and no analytics script. One thing is stored in your own browser: which colour theme you chose, light or dark. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
If a campaign link brings you here with tracking parameters in the address, those parameters are recorded with your submission so we know which channel worked. They describe the link you clicked, not you.
Your choices
Whatever state you live in, we offer the same four things to everyone who writes to us:
- See it. Ask what we hold about you and we will send you the record.
- Fix it. Tell us what is wrong and we will correct it.
- Delete it. Ask us to remove your record and we will, unless we are required to keep something for tax or safety reasons — in which case we will tell you exactly what is being kept and why.
- Stop hearing from us. Ask us not to contact you again and we will not.
We do not require you to create an account to exercise any of this, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

We answer within 30 days. If we cannot identify you from what you send us, we will ask for enough detail to find your record — and nothing beyond that.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions go into a Google account protected by the account owner's credentials, and access is limited to the people running recruitment. We keep the number of copies small on purpose.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
9. Children
Contract driving work requires a valid U.S. driver's licence and work authorisation. This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described at the top of this page.
